- REPLAY - Equipment being played in one more time!
We are collecting gently used out grown equipment from players that would like to
donate them to the league. We will have this equipment available at the equipment
hand out for parents to buy at a very low price. If you have any practice jersey's,
practice pants, cleats or anything else you think other players might like please
donate them and we will see to it that someone benefits.

The purpose of Springfield Youth Football
is to provide an understanding of the game of football and encourage sportsmanship
and character in the game and in life.

Our mission is to teach the fundamentals and rules in addition to the physical, mental and emotional aspects of the game. We are
committed to encouraging a balance of football, family, school and fun.

Our goal is that the athlete will understand how football promotes and develops positive life qualities such as team, respect, discipline,
effort, perseverance and fitness and that they will practice those qualities on
the field and in life.

Our coach's put in a
large amount of their personal time to make Springfield Youth Football effective.
None of them get paid, none of them are up for advancement, none of them are building
resumes with what they do. Be sure to take some time to support them and thank
them. It is always easier to be negative than to look for the positive.
Take some time to look at the positive side of the game. Will they and do
they make mistakes? Sure. And they know that. If you see something
that may help talk to them and offer help and suggestions. If they are doing
something that you don't understand, then talk to them and gain an understanding.
Keep in mind that this is a volunteer based organization. Most of all...KEEP
HAVING FUN!
